The civil works for the 132/11kV DEWA Substation at MARASI, Business Bay, completed in 2022. The project was undertaken for the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) with M/s Al Fanar Company as the consultant. Scope of work included specialized civil construction and infrastructure development to support the establishment of the substation, ensuring seamless integration into DEWA’s high-voltage power distribution network. This critical project enhances power reliability, efficiency, and capacity in the Business Bay area, addressing the growing energy demands of one of Dubai’s most dynamic business and residential hubs. The project reflects Art Lines’ expertise in power and utility infrastructure construction.
