The Construction of the 132/11kV HESSAST Substation at Al Barsha, Dubai, was undertaken for M/s Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA). Designed by consultant M/s Al Fanar Company and executed by M/s Artlines Construction, the project focused on delivering high-quality civil works and associated infrastructure for the substation. Completed in 2022, the development enhances the region’s power distribution network, ensuring efficiency and reliability in line with DEWA’s standards. With precise planning, advanced engineering, and strict adherence to quality, the project was executed successfully, strengthening Dubai’s growing demand for sustainable and reliable electrical infrastructure.
