Construction of Warehouse, Office & Workers Facilities

This project involved the complete EPC turnkey execution for the construction of a modern warehouse, office spaces, and workers’ facilities in Doha, Qatar. The scope included a pre-engineered building (PEB) structure, a fully integrated fire-fighting system, and an electrical substation to ensure safety and uninterrupted operations. Designed to meet international standards, the project also incorporated functional office areas and dedicated workers’ amenities to support efficient operations and workforce well-being. Completed in 2013, the development provided a comprehensive solution for industrial storage, administration, and employee facilities under one integrated infrastructure.
