This project comprised the EPC turnkey construction of a warehouse extension along with a mezzanine floor office at Plot No. S40909, JAFZA South, Dubai, UAE. The scope included complete civil works and MEP installations, ensuring seamless integration of the extended storage space with modern office facilities. Designed for efficiency and functionality, the project enhanced overall capacity while supporting both logistics operations and administrative requirements. Executed in line with international quality and safety standards, the facility was successfully completed in 2021, delivering a future-ready solution tailored to the client’s growing operational and business needs.
