Construction of Warehouse Extension

This project comprised the construction of a warehouse extension at Plot No. S40907, JAFZA South, Dubai, UAE, executed as a combination of civil works, MEP works, and EPC turnkey delivery. The scope included structural expansion of the warehouse along with full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations to support operational efficiency. Designed and built to international standards, the project enhanced storage capacity while integrating modern infrastructure for smooth logistics and facility management. Successfully completed in 2021, it provided the client with a reliable, scalable, and future-ready warehouse solution tailored to their operational needs.
