Construction of warehouse cum offices

This EPC turnkey project at Dubai Investments Park 2, Dubai, was executed for M/s Emathal Paints Trading with consultancy by M/s Emirates Engineer Consulting Engineering. Completed in 2012, the scope included the construction of warehouse facilities with office spaces, along with a pocket substation, compound wall, and external works. The development was designed to provide functional, durable, and efficient infrastructure, supporting both industrial operations and administrative needs.
