Art Lines Contracting Co. LLC successfully executed the Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant for M/s Metito Overseas Ltd on behalf of EMAAR Properties, with Parsons International as the consultant. Completed in 2017, the project was located at Al Qudra Road, Dubai and included comprehensive civil, structural, and electromechanical works. Key facilities constructed were the Inlet Head Works, Balancing Tank, Anoxic Aeration Tanks, MBR Tanks, Sludge Holding Tank, TSE Tank, and Lift Station, along with the LV Room Substation and Office Block. The project highlights Art Lines’ expertise in delivering critical infrastructure with quality, safety, and efficiency, meeting the client’s requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
