This project comprised the EPC turnkey construction of two proposed warehouses, WH#02 and WH#03, located at Plot TP010104A & B, Techno Park, Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE. The scope included complete civil and MEP works, delivering modern facilities designed for efficient storage and logistics operations. Built to meet international standards, the warehouses were developed with robust infrastructure and advanced systems to support large-scale operations and future scalability. Successfully completed in 2021, the project provided the client with state-of-the-art warehousing solutions tailored to optimize logistics, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency in a prime industrial hub.
