This project involved the EPC turnkey construction of a proposed warehouse and office at Plot WA#35, Dubai South, DLC, Dubai, UAE. The scope covered complete civil and MEP works, integrating advanced structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure operational efficiency. Designed to international standards, the facility combined modern warehousing infrastructure with functional office spaces to support both logistics and administrative requirements. Completed in 2021, the project delivered a high-quality, future-ready solution that enhanced storage capacity, streamlined operations, and provided the client with a reliable facility in Dubai’s key logistics and trade hub.
