This project involved the civil works for the construction of District Cooling Plant DCP04, located in the Burj Khalifa area of Downtown Dubai, UAE. Designed to provide sustainable and energy-efficient cooling solutions for one of the city’s most prominent districts, the facility was developed to meet large-scale demand with reliable performance. The scope of works included specialized civil construction executed in compliance with stringent safety and quality standards. Successfully completed in 2022, the project enhanced the district cooling capacity of Downtown Dubai, supporting EMAAR’s vision for advanced infrastructure and sustainable urban development.
