This project comprised the EPC turnkey construction of a warehouse extension with an integrated mezzanine floor at Plot No. TP010105C, Techno Park, Dubai, UAE. The scope included comprehensive civil works along with MEP installations to enhance both storage capacity and functional workspace. The mezzanine floor was designed to optimize space utilization, while modern mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems ensured efficient operations. Completed in 2021, the facility was delivered to international standards, providing the client with a reliable, scalable, and future-ready solution that supports logistics, retail operations, and administrative requirements in a strategic industrial location.
