Warehouse Cum Office Block

This project involved civil and MEP works for the modification of an existing warehouse, including office block facilities, at Plot TP010218, Techno Park, Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE. Executed as an EPC turnkey solution, the scope covered structural alterations, interior modifications, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to upgrade the facility’s functionality. The works were carried out with strict adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards to meet the client’s evolving business requirements. Completed in 2020, the project delivered an enhanced, modernized warehouse and office space tailored for efficient logistics and administrative operations.
