The project comprised the construction of the Lace Bird Observation Tower (The Nest) at Al Marmoom Sanctuary Reserve, Dubai, for M/s Dubai Municipality with consultancy by M/s ITALDECO Interior Fit Out Contracting. Completed in 2017, the scope covered civil, MEP, and EPC turnkey works for two unique observation structures. Designed with precision and sustainability in mind, the towers serve as iconic facilities supporting eco-tourism and wildlife conservation initiatives.
