Construction of New Bitumen Terminal
The project involved the construction of a modern Bitumen Terminal at JAFZA North, Dubai, for M/s Total Lubricants Blending UAE with consultancy by M/s Orbit Engineering Consultants. Completed in 2011, the scope covered bitumen tanks, hard storage tanks, RMU and substation, pipe rack foundations, and loading bays. Built to support large-scale petrochemical operations, the facility ensures safe handling, efficient storage, and reliable long-term performance.
